Keeping a Secret
Upon registry creation, NFO mails the Registrant a "Shhh! Card" in her registry welcome packet. She takes the "Shhh! Card" to her health care provider who completes the information. The card is mailed directly back to NFO in the pre-addressed, pre-stamped envelope! NO ONE other than the health professional and NFO find out the baby's sex until the baby arrives!
Shopping!
Once a registry is created, anyone can start shopping! Since all NFO items are paired in girl/boy complements, shoppers simply add the NFO pairing to their cart and check out as usual, they just won't know at that time whether the girl or boy option will ultimately be shipped.
Presentation
This is where the NFO fun begins! To preserve the surprise, instead of sending the specific gift, NFO will send a beautifully gift wrapped NFO Preview Card. One side of the card will display the girl option of the gift and the other side, the boy option of the gift.
Delivery
Upon baby's arrival, NFO parents call the NFO hotline at 1.888.598.4441 to confirm the baby's sex. NFO then immediately sends the corresponding gender-specific gifts directly to the Registrant!

Encourage them to register! Although registries are super fun (we may be biased), anyone can take advantage of the NFO Experience upon purchase! Shoppers simply add items to their cart by selecting the NFO color option from the drop down menu. An NFO Preview Card will be sent and the corresponding gender-specific gift won't be sent until baby's arrival. Shoppers just call our NFO Hotline 1.888.598.4441 to notify us whether to deliver the girl or boy items. Wha-lah! It's that easy!!!
