Easy Returns
We take great pride in our merchandise, quality control, and customer service. We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase or gift from Not Finding Out. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want.
1. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition: may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the date the item was shipped for a full refund or for full store credit.
2. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition: returned without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date the item was shipped for full store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges).
3. Store credit: shall be in the form of a Not Finding Out gift card mailed or emailed to the address provided.
4. Gift returns: may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at www.notfindingout.com within one year of the date the item was returned. All sale purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available.
Mail-in returns
1. Repack the item in its original box.
2. Write "return" at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.
3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit.
4. Not Finding Out cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at DSI.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us at customerservice@notfindingout.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-598-4441 between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT to obtain your order number. All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within two business days. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
