Cost
- FREE SHIPPING when you spend $100.00 or more!
- Shipping & Handling for orders under $100.00 is $7.95.
Method
- We ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS.
- Note, most packages and envelopes will ship via USPS.
Time
- All orders are processed within the next 24 business hours.
- Items are shipped out within the next 24 business hours of your order.
- If items are being dropped shipped or are unavailable within that time, we will be in touch with you before we process and charge your order.
Partial Orders
- Unless your order is specified as a gift, some items may not necessarily ship together.
- This will not affect your shipping charges.
NFO Items
- Items purchased off of an NFO registry are held in-house and delivered AFTER we have confirmed the delivery and sex of the baby. (NOTE: Your CC is charged upon purchase, NOT upon delivery)
- NFO Items are delivered to the NFO mom immediately upon "baby delivery confirmation."
Location, Location, Location
- Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any of the US Virgin Islands. Nothing against our fellow citizens there, but the cost is too great. If anyone actually reads this and lives in one of these places and is interested in opening a store, contact us. Seriously, we want an excuse to come live in your part of the world!
- That said, it should come as no surprise then that we do not ship internationally at the moment either. Same offer stands though. Contact us if interested!
Gift Cards & Certificates
- If you want a physical gift card to give to the lucky recipient, please select "Gift Wrapping" at checkout and we will drop one in the mail via First Class USPS.
- Otherwise, gift certificates are delivered via the recipient's email. One more way we try to reduce our paper waste. But we don't judge - the gift cards are pretty darn cute!
- NOTE: Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.
